Welcome to Partstocks. By purchasing Vehicle Location Tracking Devices ("VLT Devices") or using any services through our e-commerce platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Partstocks.
   
• "You", "Customer", "Buyer" refers to the individual or organization purchasing from our platform.
   
• "Product" refers to the Vehicle Location Tracking Device (VLT) sold on our website.
   

• The VLT devices are designed for installation in vehicles for the purpose of GPS tracking, vehicle monitoring, and compliance with applicable government regulations (e.g., AIS-140 norms).
   
• It is your responsibility to ensure that installation and usage comply with local laws and regulations.
   

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
   
• Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
   
• Payment must be completed at the time of checkout. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other approved payment methods.
   
• In case of payment failure or chargeback, the order will be deemed void.
   

• Orders will be Delivered within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
   
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and logistics.
   
• Installation is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified in the product listing.
   
• For government-authorized use (e.g., commercial vehicle compliance), certified installation may be required.
   

• All VLT devices come with a [12-month] warranty against manufacturing defects.
   
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, improper installation, or tampering.
   
• Technical support is available via email or phone during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM).
   

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is defective or not as described.
   
• Devices must be returned unused and in original packaging with all accessories.
   
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
   
• No returns or refunds will be accepted for devices damaged due to misuse, unauthorized installation, or negligence.
   

• Devices may collect vehicle location and telemetry data. By purchasing, you agree to the storage and processing of such data.
   
• We do not sell or share personal or tracking data with unauthorized third parties.
   
• All data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
   

• PartStocks.com is not liable for any loss, damage, or legal issues arising from improper use or installation of the VLT device.
   
• Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall be limited to the product purchase value.
   

• Buyers must ensure the VLT devices are used in accordance with applicable transport department regulations and industry standards.
   
• We are not responsible for penalties incurred due to non-compliance.
   

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the "Effective Date" changed accordingly.
